Chibi Quincy Archer

I know this doesn't look like much, but I transferred this between Open Canvas and Photoshop twice because I couldn't get it right.

It might not look too much like him. But this is Ishida from Bleach. (Awesome manga by the way, you should read it)
I made his bangs go behind his ears so it looks like he has long hair He really doesn't have long hair in the back. Just the bangs.
